Starr, the Mixed Breed dog (Singapore Special) traveled from Singapore to New Zealand
Dear Fredrick & Vivian,
Thank you so much for the tremendous effort in getting Starr across from Singapore to New Zealand.
The process was handled with much care and Starr was looked after well on his trips to the vet and before he boarded a flight which was a couple of times in his case😅 Starr was offloaded twice by the airline as he was too anxious to get onboard and the way Vivian and Fredrick handled the process from being in touch with the airline, rebooking flights and getting a vet to have Starr medicated before the flight (as this was the last resort) were all handled professionally and with utmost care. They kept us assured with regular updates and pictures every time Starr was picked up.
With the twists and turns, your words of reassurance and encouragement really kept us calm and confident throughout the process. Starr is now reunited with us and happy in New Zealand. Exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Zephyr, the Shetland Sheepdog traveled from Singapore to United Kingdom
We are delighted with Pets Lighthouse door to door service (Singapore to London) for Zephyr, our Shetland sheepdog. It was his first flight, a long 13 hours flight. We were very anxious for him, but I was very confident once Zephyr and I met Fred. Right away, Fred had a connection with Zephyr, he loves dogs and they love him in return. Everything was explained clearly, so there was nothing to worry about. They were recommended by a friend, and I can only recommend them as well. It sure is an expensive service, however it provides a necessary peace of mind when moving overseas. And that is priceless.

Trip and Chase, the Singapore Specials traveled from Singapore to United Kingdom
A huge thank you to Pets Lighthouse for bringing my dogs safely to the UK. Communication was always thorough, prompt and professional. Frederick is great with dogs (my dogs felt at ease with him immediately!) and I felt confident that my pets were in safe and capable hands the whole way. All arrangements were handled efficiently and smoothly. Vivian and Frederick also understood that I was anxious as my dogs are senior pets and helped to ensure that they would be well taken care of. My dogs are now settling in well in the UK. I wish Pets Lighthouse all the best and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Rex, the Singapore Special traveled from Singapore to United Kingdom
We were very particular about who we wanted to help us with our relocation back to the UK given we own a three year old Singapore Special! Pets Lighthouse were recommended to us by our vet and Frederick and Vivian absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Frederick, a very experienced dog handler, took extra special care and attention in getting to know Rex and managing his preparation for travel. Thankfully, they had an uneventful but very long journey. Both SQ and AA were excellent. Here are some pictures of them at Changi, and then again finally at home in North Carolina.

This goes both for us as well as for you, definitely for Zooma.We knew we would have to relocate by March end. Our preparation started decently early with the Vet Certificate and microchip. You and your team coming on board and preparing all documents and fulfilling all requirements was worth more than GOLD The timelines were super tight and no room for any hiccups. Somehow I had this feeling the entire world was looking for a mistake and boom, cancel Zooma’s trip.
Your expertise and invaluable devotion through the entire process is commendable.

Buddy, the Cavoodle traveled from Singapore to Indonesia
Just reporting that Buddy arrived at our new home this afternoon. Got a little car sick because he was tumbling around in the very spacious crate. He went bonkers when he saw us. Lots of other things were going on at the same time thus I couldn’t hug him properly until the handymen had left.
Just wanna say thanks to all of you for your wonderful help in getting Buddy to Indonesia. The prep by Frederick & Vivian was well thought through, with attention to the most minute details to give our little boy as much emotional support as possible. In the Jakarta team, Theresia was always within reach through whatsapp to have updates about Buddy. It was reassuring to see that he din look distressed. A bit overwhelmed maybe, but no negative vibes.
I recognised the guy who sent him today as the guy who had been medicating his rashes. It was great to be able to thank him in person.
He is now following me around as I show him his new home. He made 2 new friends in the neighbourhood just now. It’ll take a few weeks before we all will feel at home.
Thank you once again for your professionalism and attentiveness. I will definitely recommend my friends to look for you when they need relocation for their furkids. Stay safe and happy always.
