Thank you so much for looking after Potter for his long journey from Singapore to the UK. He was very relaxed on arrival and it was clear that everyone who interacted with him did a great job and the ongoing communications were amazing! He’s got over his jet lag and is enjoying discovering his new surroundings, albeit with a coat on for the first time.

Condition of Crate, etc: He peed a little and pooped a little, but nothing crazy, probably more stress because we had turbulence (I threw away all the layers of towels, the bed was fine :)) No bread was given to him! Bugger was quite hungry so I fed him slowly

This little guy is settling in well and enjoying his new view. He told the animal communicator this week that the flight and journey weren’t as scary as he had expected, although it’s definitely not something he wants to do regularly (me neither!). Thanks so much for your help with our move to Korea, I know it wouldn’t have been as comfortable for Oji without all the preparation and advice you shared

I am sorry it has taken so long but I wanted to drop you a line to say how very grateful we are for all your help and outstanding care with the process of shipping our beloved dog and two cats back to the UK. They arrived on our doorstep the day after me in great spirits and fantastic condition and had obviously coped with the journey way better than we had expected them too. They settled in instantly and are absolutely loving their new home.

We could not recommend your company highly enough to anyone else faced with shipping their pets overseas. Your patience with us and your kindness to the animals along with all the thought and consideration you put into their wellbeing (sound track of all the noises in the cargo area of the airport to name just one!) was incredible. Their wellbeing was the thing which worried us all the most but was in fact the most stress-free element of the move in the end!

I want to really thank your commitment to finding a way to get our kitties to their final destination. We had several headwinds with flight cancellations, airport restrictions, etc., that could have easily meant that they could have been stuck in Singapore for weeks or months until conditions were perfect. However, Frederick went way above and beyond by flying them personally to California and then arranging for transportation to Minnesota. This went way above our expectations and we are humbled by this level of service! It was clear to me that you are both very focused on pet safety and health while ensuring that they are able to meet immigration / customs requirements without issues. I also appreciated that you suggested the various alternative options (e.g. in cabin vs excess baggage) to help us evaluate ways to save money in the process. I would definitely work with you again if we need to move our pets back to Singapore!
