Hi Vivian and Frederick,

I recommended you guys a few times on an online forum for people trying to get pets into Australia and passed on your details to some friends.

One person online (who was having problems with their agent) said you were $1,000 more expensive (when I told them to call you for a second opinion they said they already got a quote) but for us, it was worth it! We understand it is difficult for you to keep costs down especially when there is so much change and we felt your service was to an exceptional standard so we never questioned our decision and after talking to you on the phone we never even got another quote. You are right that other companies are struggling with the workload and I can’t help but wonder if some don’t have the same relationship / reputation as you with the various airlines or service providers.

You guys were SO responsive to emails and questions (no matter how annoying they may have been) and were always up to date with the most recent information and 3 steps ahead of me at all times! We always felt that even though so much was out of our control and yours, you were our best chance of getting Macy home. We also loved how you guys clearly care very much for the animals and also put yourselves in our shoes and provided us with detailed information, understanding we were also stressed for Macy. The family looking after Macy were equally as impressed.

Of course it is expensive and that is hard but we are exceptionally happy with the level of service you have provided – we honestly have zero bad feedback!

You are doing amazing in very difficult times and everyone using your service is very lucky!

Just wanna let you know that our move to USA was smooth and we’re settling in well!

We cannot thank you both enough for being with us throughout this whole process of relocating our 6 months old pup, Mia from SG to US. Thanks so much for answering all our questions and addressing our many concerns right from the start even though we had yet to employ your services then. We appreciate this tremendously because it helped us so much in our decision making process as we knew with your passion and level of commitment, Mia would be in good hands.
