We have all arrived safely and happily, and most importantly without any problem. The documents were all in order, we had no trouble whatsoever and everything went just perfect. The three cats are recovering well from a bit of stress and jetlag and are heavily sleeping at the moment.

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how happy I was with Frederick and Jit who transported our pets.  They were the essence of professionalism and a very positive reflection on your business.  I could readily see that they cared about animals and were very thoughtful in the way the handled everything – from being knowledgeable and considerate of the age of our older dog, to checking the conditions of the kennels, sending pictures before the flight, cheerfully dealing with a rules obsessed condo association, even their interaction with the animals in a busy veterinary office on Monday morning.

Moving is a difficult, stressful time for anyone – particularly those concerned for their pets in addition to everything else.  Thank you for sending these two, who made the day easier and better that it might have been.
