Oscar, the Yorkshire Terrier traveled from Singapore to Ireland

Moving countries is never easy, especially so when relocating during a pandemic.

Pets Lighthouse made our move so much smoother because they helped transport the most important piece of cargo: our dog Oscar. Frederick and Vivian were very attentive and detail-oriented—just what you want when entrusting a company with the welfare of your best friend. The service was above and beyond! Oscar flew with us in the cabin from Singapore and we landed in Ireland safely. Oscar is now loving the fresh air, but is still adjusting to the cold.

Thank you so much for your excellent work! You’ve been consistently quick and responsive from when I engaged your services to Bonito’s eventual arrival. You clarified my many questions patiently and handled all the paperwork promptly! It was a really smooth and fuss-free experience.

On the evening of Bonito’s arrival, you kept me updated via photos so I would be less anxious. I’m really grateful that you handled everything so well! You even kept in touch afterwards, which shows that you really care a lot for all the animals that have been in your charge. If I ever get a kitten again, I’ll be sure to engage the both of you once more!!! Thank you 🙂

Thanks for the email and yes the girls arrived at approx. 5pm on Friday, we were greeted with squeals of excitement. They were obviously very tired but very well. We also received all the documentation too.

Thank you does not seem sufficient but I will say it anyway, your constant, kind and timely updates to Alison and I made all the difference as we waited for their arrival.

It’s a huge responsibility taking charge of our beloved pets but you were professional and kind and it made it a lot easier. I have attached a couple of photos for you to see them back home.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.

Yes, Monty arrived home at 2:30am last night. He is shattered but seems very relaxed and taking some much needed naps . Thank you for everything , I must admit I was getting very worried when I heard the plane was diverted due to the storms , I can’t imagine what it was like for him on that plane . The gentlemen that collected him and drove him down were really lovely , I think they really cared for Monty and looked after him .

Hi Vivian and Frederick,

I have already collected the rabbits this afternoon and now they are finally settling into their new home 😇 They all arrived safely , all eating and behaving normal. The process of picking them up was straight forward and took around 1.5 hour since touching down. 

Thank you so much to you and your team for arranging everything and helping us reunite! I thought it would be complicated and troublesome flying my 3 rabbits but turned out it was rather quite simple! 

I will definitely recommend PETS LIGHTHOUSE to others who need to relocate their pets overseas in the future. 🙂

Gyufa, the Domestic cat traveled from United Arab Emirates to Singapore

Dear Ms Vivian, Mr Frederick and Mr Ibrahim, 

I write to express our honest gratitude to each of you for successfully relocating our cat, Gyufa from Abu Dhabi to Singapore. 

Throughout the entire process, we felt that Gyufa was in the best hands and she and we received personal attention and great care. 

We applaud Mr Ibrahim’s and his Team’s efforts to seamlessly work out intricate details of the complex transport from Abu Dhabi. His proficiency was illustrated by Gyufa’s paperwork that was done with much smoothness. Throughout the entire process, we felt great personal care. 

Similarly, we thank and acknowledge Ms Vivian’s and Mr Frederick’s great efforts who visited Gyufa several times during our stay-home-notice and provided her with personal attention and us with advice. This really went beyond the usual responsibilities and made us feel that received the best care. We honestly thank you for your great professionalism and personal touch.

Finally, after long 2 months waiting here in Tasmania, I have reunited with my girl NELLY.  She arrived safely last night and we both share the bed and slept peacefully.

It’s a beautiful sunny day here and a perfect day for us to start a new life together. I took some photos to show you how happy we are.

I want to congratulate you on the great service that you provided making sure that Miaow Miaow got from Singapore to New Zealand safely.

After Singapore Air changed the flight times and Miaow Miaow missed his flight we were in a sticky spot. You really went above and beyond to make sure that he was well cared for as well as organising all of the new flight details. 

Moving countries can be overwhelming, but you took all of the stress out of relocating a part of our family. Thanks for all of the regular communication, attention to detail and kindness that you showed.

Enzo, the Ragdoll traveled from New Zealand to Singapore

Dear Frederick and Vivian of Pets Lighthouse,

Thank you for taking such good care of Enzo when he landed at Changi Airport. We are impressed by how you kept us updated via Wats App and sent constant pictures of Enzo. We knew exactly how Enzo was doing after his long flight. We are extremely grateful for the care and professionalism you displaved from the start.

It is evident that this is not just a job for you. At the start, you took the time to call me personally to chat. Also, you were very kind to share your knowledge of airfreight/logistics and patiently answered my questions.

This helped to allay our fears and also gave us a clearer picture of the process involved. You dedicated yourself to making sure that Enzo’s paperwork was in order. Although Enzo’s arrival was delayed due to flights’ availability, you never once forgot about us and still kept your eye on the ball for over 6 months.

Your eye for detail and good follow-ups gave us great relief. Enzo is almost one month with us now. This Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day is happier because we have Enzo safely and in good condition with us. Thank you for your help, professionalism and dedication. We are recommending to our friends your services!
