Felix arrived well on Tuesday evening.   We were greatly anticipating his arrival and it was wonderful to be reunited. He is very happy to be explore his new neighborhood and meet his friendly neighbors. Here is a picture of him enjoying the park where the cherry blossoms are in bloom.

Just want to let you know we have a happy healthy Aja with us now! She was very pleased to see us but equally happy to be out running around and sniffing new smells.  It is hot here today and so she is seeking shade but too busy investigating her new surroundings to be sitting down for long.  Quarantine staff were very nice and she clearly liked them, which was good to see.  The new facilities in Melbourne are spacious & professional, from outside look a bit like a huge prison!  Collection was easy and straight forward, and friendly. 

We thank you so much for your work, assistance, & advice in getting Aja down to Melbourne. It has really been so easy for us and I am very grateful for your expert services.

In terms of feedback, we can’t thank you and Vivian (and Jenny) enough.  From the moment we contacted you, the service was excellent ie emails answered promptly and efficiently and things clearly explained to us every step of the way.  As far as Milly is concerned, we had no doubt that she was in very professional and capable hands.  There is a lot to think about when re-locating but as far as Milly is concerned, you took that worry away from us.
